Google User Data and Gmail API

Our website uses the Google Gmail API, through our email delivery plugin, so that website emails (such as contact form notifications and password resets) are sent from our Veritas Taxes email account.

Data we access: We access only the Google account permissions authorized by our administrator, which are used to send email from our own address (info@veritastaxes.online). We do not read, search, or store the contents of visitors’ personal mailboxes.

How we use it: Google user data is used only to provide and improve this email-sending function. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

Sharing: We do not sell Google user data or transfer it to third parties, except as needed to provide the email-sending feature, to comply with the law, or with your consent.

Storage and protection: Authorization tokens are stored securely on our website server and can be revoked at any time from your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Limited Use: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including its Limited Use requirements.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to:

Media

If you upload images to the website, please avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract that data from images on the site.
